Family-owned and operated, the Rocking M is located in the rural Appalachian mountains just outside of Frostburg, Maryland.

Proud to be raising sons, registered Nigerian Dwarf Goats, registered and commercial Boer Goats, and registered Haflinger Horses. Our family strives to instill sixth-generation farm family values in our sons through innovation and hard work to keep the tradition alive.

In addition to the goats and horses, this spring we will be adding Pastured Poultry to the farm as a new revenue stream while the egg-laying Rhode Island Reds and Light Brahmas continue to keep the chicken coop cackling and the boys gathering their bounty.

Keeping our customers warm is the goal of our Firewood and Coal business. We offer dry, split hardwoods and "Bakertown" coal year round. Our customers know they are getting a "true cord" when they buy from us! And, we have some of the best BTU coal on the Creek!

Soap just like Grandma used to make. Well almost... My grandma (Grace Pearl (Sisler) Guthrie) made soap for her family of 15 from lye and water. Today, I make soap from our goats' milk, lye and essential oils. Goat milk soap is a great moisturizing soap for senstive skin.
